A qualified Residential Property Litigator solicitor or legal executive is required in a nice, friendly office, due to company expansion. You will be primarily dealing with disputed service charge arrears, county court claims and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal applications relating to service charge arrears and residential property management issues. Some research based tasks and marketing duties are also necessary.

Working hours are flexible – you could work full-time or part-time including evenings and weekends if desired. The salary is negotiable, depending upon experience and qualification. You will be based in Shrewsbury town centre.
