This innovative and successful Shrewsbury based law firm require a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team.

Ideally you will have a least 12 months recent experience in Conveyancing and be adept at managing the full process.

This role will involve opening files, communicating with clients, solicitors and estate agents, managing the transaction from start to finish and working on your own initiative. You will need to be familiar with Land Registry forms and Stamp Duty procedures and be able to prioritise. Excellent client skills and a personable nature are essential.

There is good opportunity for development within the organisation as you will have full support from colleagues and should you wish the role can become full time.

Currently 30-hours per week over five days to suit – must be able to work a full day on Fridays. Salary dependent on experience.
